On October 6, 2023, in Montana, Bulgaria, the National Biennale Exhibition "Tenets" was held by 81 participating authors in some of the three sections - painting, graphics and applied arts. The event was organized by the "Kiril Petrov" Art Gallery, "Kutlovitsa" Gallery, Montana Municipality and SBH.
Ivo Pecov took part in this Biennale, dedicated to the writer Yordan Radichkov, with three graphic works and for his participation received a nomination for an award in the "Graphics" section. The graphics were exhibited in the "Kutlovitsa" Gallery.
The works from the “Tenets” Biennial in Montana were available to the public until November 6, 2023.
