In the gallery of the House of Culture "Tosho Arsov" in Vinica, on May 17, 2024, the second presentation of the traveling exhibition "Painting of the Art Academy in Stip" took place.
In the role of host of the exhibition, Blagica Stojanovska, director of the Vinica House of Culture, greeted the present audience of various ages - from pupils from Vinica schools and pupils from the surrounding municipalities, together with their principals, to representatives of the retirement association in Vinica.
Dr. Ivo Pecov, the curator of the exhibition, thanked the large audience for their presence and interest in the event, and introduced them to the content of the project and the exhibition, and also emphasized the importance of teaching good qualities in education and fine arts. Associate Professor Ivo Pecov Ph.D., as a representative of the Macedonian Cultural Center in Sofia and the Art Academy in Stip, who are the organizers of the event, together with the host - House of Culture in Vinica, did not fail to thank the Macedonian Ministry of Culture, which supported the project.
The exhibition was declared open by the dean of the Art Academy in Shtip, prof. Petar Namichev Ph.D., who informed the attendees about the Fine Art Festival "Art Vision" in Stip, in conjunction with which the event in Vinica also took place, and also introduced them to the activity and mission of the Art Academy in Stip.
The opening in Vinica took place in an exceptional and friendly atmosphere, to the satisfaction of the organizers, but also of the visitors.
The exhibition in Vinica was open until May 27, after which it was moved for its final presentation in Shtip.
"Painting of the Art Academy in Shtip" from May 28 to June 10, 2024 was open to visitors in "Gallery 22" of N.U. Culture Center "Aco Shopov" in Shtip.
The exhibition was composed of the paintings of eight graduates and current students of the Stip Art Academy: Vangel Krstinovski, Bojana Toshevska, Miki Ivanov, Mia Efremova, Krste Tarabunov, Ivana Ivanovska, Dejan Vitanov and Alexandra Jerotijević-Andreeva.
